Mr. Garry earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting at St. Mary's College in Moraga, CA in 1988. He then went on to earn his Master's Degree in Business Management from Golden Gate University in San Francisco in 1992. After one year he took over the family business, including two Chevron Stations in the San Francisco Bay area. Mr. Garry acquired his third California station in 1992. Five years later Mr. Garry moved to Arizona in hopes of finding additional Commercial Property to expand his business and bought his first Arizona station in that same year. By 2002, Mr. Garry had purchased his second station in AZ and has since successfully built them up and sold them.

Having learned so much through his own commercial real estate endeavors, his focus now points to the Petroleum and Hospitality markets. John was a former partner in a Holiday Inn in Fort Meyers, FL and Hotel Indigo, a boutique hotel. Mr. Garry provides Commercial Plus with essential understanding and experience of the hotel and gas industry, ensuring Commercial Plus stays ahead of the game. Mr. Garry is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Nevada, California and Arizona.
