Jeff Pavone is a leading advisor to the car wash industry, successfully completing more than $1 billion in car wash-related transactions over the last decade. A lifelong entrepreneur, Mr. Pavone is the owner of Commercial Plus Group and Amplify Car Wash Advisors. Under his leadership, Commercial Plus quickly scaled to a market leader at the forefront of M&A advisory, real estate brokerage, and financing for the car wash industry, completing complex transactions for some of the most well-known and widely respected car wash chains in the country. Leveraging his longstanding relationships with owners and operators, Mr. Pavone partnered with car wash veteran Bill Martin in early 2020 to launch of Amplify Car Wash Advisors, which builds off of the Commercial Plus foundation to address the evolving needs of car wash owners and operators.
Jeff’s professional experience is in-depth and widespread. Previous to entering the commercial real estate arena, he was the co-founder and Vice President/Director of Sales and E-commerce for Law.com, a destination Web site for the legal community. He assisted in the sale of Law.com to American Lawyer Media, the largest legal publisher in the United States. In addition, Jeff was founder and President of National Law Resource, Inc. and lawstuff.com. Jeff also founded medical.com.
A native of Chicago, Illinois, Jeff and his wife, Susan, have five children and reside in the beautiful Southwest.
Ms. Voltz founded Commercial Plus, LLC in 1983 and obtained her Broker’s license in 1988. Ms. Voltz has extensive experience in the acquisition and disposition of businesses and has consistently been a multi-million dollar producer. Ms. Voltz is currently licensed and the designated Broker for Arizona, California, Illinois, Utah and Colorado.
Prior to Commercial Plus, LLC , Ms. Voltz owned and operated a number of local businesses, including The Hungry Fryer Restaurant in Tempe, The Dog Patch Restaurant in Mesa, and the Central Avenue Deli in Phoenix. Ms. Voltz also owned and operated Vibez Salon & Spa in Phoenix, Father Goose Preschool in Mesa, and built a network marketing company.
A former professional ballroom dance instructor, Ms. Voltz has received numerous Certificates of Appreciation as a volunteer speaker for the Child Crisis Center, and was awarded the non-profit’s “Dovia” volunteer of the year award.
Leona also has a ministry making sleeping mats out of plastic grocery bags for the homeless called “Homeless MATters”. Thomas Coffman, Designated Broker for Commercial Plus Texas, LLC, oversees acquisitions and dispositions for car wash operators across the country. He understands site selection and market strategy by taking into consideration common denominators of washes such as competition, traffic counts and demographics. Thomas concentrates on helping clients grow their brand identity across varying markets while putting them in the best position to exit. He is a licensed broker in several states including Texas, Tennessee and Colorado.
A native Texan and local Austinite, Thomas moved to Nashville in 2018 and that is where he resides today. He has completed over 100 transactions across the nation and he thrives on helping clients succeed. Thomas brings years of management experience to the Commercial Plus team having served as the founder of Miracle Real Estate in Tennessee.
Thomas previously worked at Endeavor Real Estate Group and Edge Realty Partners before moving to Nashville to start Miracle Real Estate. He earned his college degree from Colorado State University where he was granted a full scholarship and played wide receiver for the Rams. During his free time, Thomas enjoys fishing, exploring new artists and music venues in Nashville, and attending Zeal Church.

Tej has grown up around the gas station business as his family has owned and operated sites for more than 20 years, in addition to some other commercial real estate ventures. He has also spent time helping manage some of these locations.
After graduating from Arizona State University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Tej attended University of Central Florida where he graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2019.

Prior to joining Commercial Plus Group in 2015, Georgina was an underwriting manager for one of the top banks in the country. She previously held her real estate license in Michigan and co-owned a residential rough frame construction company. Georgina is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Arizona (#SA661617000), an active notary, and has a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Phoenix.
Mr. Ho joined the CP Capital team full-time in 2017, having previously completed a successful M&A Analyst Internship with the firm and with Dinan and Company prior. His transaction exposure spans a variety of sectors including consumer, aerospace and defense, and general industrials, among others.
A Chicago, IL area native, Jessica moved to Seattle, WA, where she pursued a career in Hospitality Management, including managing the Nordstrom flagship restaurant. She was recruited to assist in the launch of a new restaurant concept in Newport Beach, CA. After that success she was tapped to bring the concept to Scottsdale, AZ. She has employed her management style to encompass strong community outreach. Partnering with many local charities she helped raise funds for organizations such as The Phoenix Boys and Girls Club and The Phoenix Children’s Hospital. She spends her spare time with family and friends.
