Jeff Pavone is a licensed commercial real estate agent in multiple states, including Nevada, Arizona, Illinois and California. Jeff provides mid-level ($1 to $100 million) businesses (general businesses, car washes, gas stations/c-stores) exceptional service and added value at every stage of a transaction, from single sites to large chains. He leads a team of business, financial and industry specific experts that work together to give buyers and sellers the best possible results. Jeff has successfully closed hundreds of commercial transactions with a sales value in excess of $600M.
Jeff’s professional experience is in-depth and widespread. Previous to entering the commercial real estate arena, he was the co-founder and Vice President/Director of Sales and E-commerce for Law.com, a destination Web site for the legal community. He assisted in the sale of Law.com to American Lawyer Media, the largest legal publisher in the United States. In addition, Jeff was founder and President of National Law Resource, Inc. and lawstuff.com. Jeff also founded medical.com.
A native of Chicago, Illinois, Jeff and his wife, Susan, have five children and reside in the beautiful Southwest.
Ms. Voltz founded Commercial Plus, LLC in 1983 and obtained her Broker’s license in 1988. Ms. Voltz has extensive experience in the acquisition and disposition of businesses and has consistently been a multi-million dollar producer. Ms. Voltz is currently licensed and the designated Broker for Arizona, California, Illinois, Utah and Colorado.
Prior to Commercial Plus, LLC , Ms. Voltz owned and operated a number of local businesses, including The Hungry Fryer Restaurant in Tempe, The Dog Patch Restaurant in Mesa, and the Central Avenue Deli in Phoenix. Ms. Voltz also owned and operated Vibez Salon & Spa in Phoenix, Father Goose Preschool in Mesa, and built a network marketing company.
A former professional ballroom dance instructor, Ms. Voltz has received numerous Certificates of Appreciation as a volunteer speaker for the Child Crisis Center, and was awarded the non-profit’s “Dovia” volunteer of the year award.
Leona also has a ministry making sleeping mats out of plastic grocery bags for the homeless called “Homeless MATters”. Prior to joining Commercial Plus Group in 2015, Georgina was an underwriting manager for one of the top banks in the country. She previously held her real estate license in Michigan and co-owned a residential rough frame construction company. Georgina is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Arizona (#SA661617000), an active notary, and has a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Phoenix.

Tej has grown up around the gas station business as his family has owned and operated sites for more than 20 years, in addition to some other commercial real estate ventures. He has also spent time helping manage some of these locations.
After graduating from Arizona State University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Tej attended University of Central Florida where he graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2019.

Mr. Ho joined the CP Capital team full-time in 2017, having previously completed a successful M&A Analyst Internship with the firm and with Dinan and Company prior. His transaction exposure spans a variety of sectors including consumer, aerospace and defense, and general industrials, among others.
Mary Essenburg has been helping car washes develop and market their brand for over 10 years. She also has 20+ years of car wash and gas station expertise therefore bringing much added value to our Commercial Plus team.
Mary graduated top of her class with a Bachelor of Business Degree in 2010 from Baker College with concentrations in Graphic Communications and Computer Science. Many other classes were also enjoyed in the fields of Interior Design, Mathematics, Architecture, Web Development and Business Management.
While attending college, Mary was the Marketing Director for Quality Car Wash in Holland, MI. She grew up in her family’s business managing and marketing their car washes and gas stations until she could no longer handle the cold Michigan weather. In 2011, she moved to the much warmer climate of Arizona where she founded Evolving Elements, a design and marketing company. Ultimately, this is where she was introduced to Commercial Plus.
