Ryan Cooper focuses on originating and advising transactions in the energy and convenience retail sectors. He brings over a decade of experience in the downstream fuel industry, including managing branded and unbranded wholesale programs and working closely with major oil brands, jobbers, distributors, logistics providers, and independent operators across Arizona and California.

Prior to joining Commercial Plus, Ryan spent ten years selling fuel and advising independent station owners. His experience provides practical insight into station economics, fuel supply agreements, and day-to-day operations, allowing him to effectively guide clients through the factors that drive gas station value.

Ryan leverages his network of operators, distributors, and transportation partners to source opportunities and support clients in growth initiatives, recapitalizations, and exit strategies. He is focused on building long-term relationships with owners and operators throughout the fuel distribution and convenience retail industry.
